Welcome! I am so happy you have found Inclusion Wellness Community. The journey to I.W.C. has been filled with extreme love, tons of laughter and soul crushing life experiences.

Movement has always been a vital part of my life, from ballet, modern and hip hop dance, sports, horse training and outdoor activities, I was blessed with many opportunities growing up.

I began the yoga journey over ten years ago as a means for a “work out”, I found Zumba® and Barre in the years following.

Fast forward to thirty something me, I love my dogs and my yoga practice. Still sweating in Zumba® and found my passion for Zen Barre®. I am always up for the next adventure, hiking, biking, climbing, paddling, skiing, camping, and traveling.

The BIRTH OF I.W.C.

January 2018 I found myself turning 33 years old and drowning in grief following the tragic deaths of two of the most important men in my life, who passed within six months of each other.

After spending months in chaos I decided it was time to pursue my dream of becoming a yoga teacher. I joined the Samasti Yoga Family and I cannot speak enough praise for their thirty day full immersion program in Bali, Indonesia.

In 2019 following the losses of three more loved ones, I decided to follow my passion for working with youth and headed to Gold Coast, Australia to join the Rainbow Yoga family through their Kids Yoga Certification.

Though the journey of learning to live with grief has tested me on levels I never could have imagined, the heartbreak and soul fracturing pain gave me the courage to launch Inclusion Wellness Community.

To finally live my Truth. To birth my Dream. To open the doors to build this community and share it with you.
